Fire Stopper Required!

RecruitEasy are looking for an experienced Fire Stopper to work for our client based in Weston-super-Mare, Somerset.

Duration: Temporary

Start Date: 07/09/2026

Pay Rate: Up To £25.00 Per Hour - paid weekly!

Pay rate depending on experience and/or tickets.

**We do not use umbrella companies to process your pay!**

Job Roles:

  • Carrying out fire stopping works in accordance with current regulations and specifications
  • Sealing service penetrations and maintaining fire compartmentation
  • Installing and finishing fire-rated products and systems
  • Installing a small number of fire doors and associated ironmongery
  • Ensuring all works are completed to a high standard within a live care home environment
  • Maintaining a safe and tidy working area at all times
  • Liaising with site management to ensure works are completed efficiently

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in fire stopping
  • Previous experience installing doors, ideally fire doors
  • CSCS card preferred or relevant demonstrable qualifications
  • Full UK driving licence and own transport
  • Own tools required
  • Reliable, professional, and able to commit to the full 2-week project
