Restaurant Supervisor (Front of House)

Flame Restaurant : Is a stylish, vibrant, eclectic, and licensed restaurant in the prime location of Belfast city Centre.

We are looking for people to join us on a permanent basis and become long term members of The Flame family.

Purpose of role: The Restaurant Supervisor is 2nd in charge of our Front of House supervision. The individual is responsible for overseeing and delegating tasks to waiting staff and bartenders and making sure that all guests are provided the utmost in professional service and quality produce.

The ideal person for this role will be an excellent communicator with exceptional attention to detail and an ability to motivate and lead a small but passionate team.

Essential Criteria

o Positive mindset with an enthusiastic attitude and a willingness to learn

o Good knowledge of food and wine service

o Experience of working in a licensed restaurant

o Experience of managing and motivating a staff team

o Eligible to work and live in the UK in line with UK Legislation

o Ability to work nights, weekends and bank holidays

Desirable Criteria

o Twelve months experience in a supervisory role in a licensed restaurant

o Food Safety Certificate (level 2 or above)

o Food and beverage related qualification (level 2 or above)

o Knowledge of health & safety legislation
