What you’ll be doing…
As a Lounge Host, you will be the welcoming face of our premium lounge service, ensuring guests enjoy a high-quality, relaxed experience. From delivering exceptional customer service to maintaining a clean and inviting environment, you'll help create a memorable atmosphere for all visitors.
  • Greet guests in a professional, warm, and friendly manner
  • Provide excellent customer service, attending to guests’ needs efficiently and politely
  • Support the preparation, presentation, and replenishment of food and beverages
  • Ensure all lounge areas are clean, well-presented, and stocked at all times
  • Monitor guest feedback and resolve issues or escalate when necessary
  • Adhere to all company policies, including Health & Safety and Food Hygiene standards
Working pattern: Saturday & Sunday 5:00 AM - 13:30PM or 13:30PM - 22:00PM

Candidates must be able to provide acceptable original documentation and cooperate with airport security vetting, identity verification and any required employment, address or reference history checks. Continued employment may be conditional on maintaining the necessary clearances, passes and eligibility to work in a secure airport environment.
