Position: Reservations Agent Day

Effective Date: May 2026

Location: 3 World Business Centre, Newall Road, Hounslow, TW6 2TA

Working hours: Shift Rosters Apply (5 on 2 off including Saturdays and Sundays) (3 days from the office 2 days remote)

Salary: £28,500 - £30,000

Reporting to: Reservation Manager

About the Role: We are looking for a Reservations Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing bookings, assisting clients with their requirements, and ensuring a smooth reservation experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Process reservations accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide expert advice on DiamondAir services, availability, and pricing.
  • Maintain clear communication with internal teams to ensure a seamless delivery experience.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
  • Uphold company standards of excellence in customer service.

What We’re Looking For: ✔ Strong communication skills – both written and verbal. ✔ Previous experience in reservations, travel, or hospitality (preferred but not essential). ✔ Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in processing bookings. ✔

Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. ✔ Proficiency in using booking systems or willingness to learn. ✔ A team player with a positive attitude and professional demeanour.
