Restaurant General Manager

Location: Chelsea

Salary: +£55,000 OTE (£40 Base + £15k Guaranteed Tronc) + Additional Variable Tronc & Tips

Hours: 45 hours per week

Start Date: 10th of August

The Opportunity

Situated in the heart of one of London’s most exclusive neighbourhoods, this role requires a manager who understands the art of high-end service, team development, and operational precision. The Role

As our General Manager, you will be the face of the business. Your daily mission will include:

  • Team Leadership: Recruiting, training, and inspiring a front-of-house team to deliver 5-star service.
  • Operational Excellence: Managing daily floor operations, ensuring every shift runs seamlessly from open to close.
  • Guest Relations: Building rapport with our local Belgravia clientele and handling feedback with grace and professionalism.
  • Financial Oversight: Working to meet KPIs, managing labour costs, and driving revenue through exceptional service standards.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager
  • Local Knowledge: An understanding of the London luxury market (Belgravia/Knightsbridge experience is a plus).

Communication: Exceptional English language skills and the ability to communicate effectively with high-profile guests. While we welcome all talented hospitality professionals, we are particularly interested in candidates with a strong background in Grill Based service culture to complement the elegant, international atmosphere of our restaurant.
