Job description

We’re looking for a positive, enthusiastic and driven person to join our busy operations team. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role supporting our transport, warehouse and supply chain activities. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, willingness to learn and determination to get the job done. You'll play a key role in ensuring products move efficiently through our warehouse and transport network while delivering excellent service to our customers.

Main responsibilities (not limited to)

  • Dispatching orders using our internal systems and booking transport
  • Establishing order ETAs with transport partner and communicating these to the team
  • Taking transport calls from both clients and our courier partners
  • Picking and preparing customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Assist in producing and preparing flooring samples

Hours: 41.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday (7:30am to 4:30pm, with a 7:00am to 4:00pm finish on Wednesdays).

Pay: From £27,300.00 per year
