Overview

As a self-employed Sales Representative specialising in tiles and wood flooring, you’ll develop business relationships and guide customers towards suitable flooring solutions. You’ll manage your sales activity independently, from initial conversations through to follow-up, using clear communication and a well-organised approach.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential business customers, build a pipeline and develop B2B sales opportunities.
  • Discuss customer needs, present relevant tile and wood flooring options, and negotiate terms professionally.
  • Coordinate enquiries and follow-ups, maintain accurate information using IT tools, and organise your time and sales activity.
  • Provide responsive customer service throughout the sales process. Your impact: clear, considered guidance helps customers choose flooring that suits their project and supports productive business relationships.

Requirements

Required: Strong communication and customer service skills, sound negotiation, time management and organisational abilities, English proficiency, and confidence using IT for sales administration. Driving capability is needed to support independent sales activity. Preferred: B2B sales experience and familiarity with tiles or wood flooring can help you build customer trust and identify suitable opportunities. A proactive, dependable approach will support effective work with customers and business contacts.

Pay: £25,420.00-£73,920.00 per year
