About us
Coventry Tiles & Bathrooms is an independent showroom supplying tiles, bathroom suites and accessories to homeowners, landlords and trade customers across Coventry and Warwickshire. We pride ourselves on practical advice, good prices and a showroom people enjoy visiting. As we grow, we’re looking for a friendly, motivated Sales Advisor to join the team.

The role
You’ll be the first point of contact for customers coming into the showroom, calling, or getting in touch online. You’ll help them choose the right products for their project, from a single splashback to a full bathroom refit, and see the sale through to delivery or collection.

What you’ll do

  • Welcome customers and help them find products that suit their style, space and budget
  • Give advice on tile choice, quantities, adhesives, grout and finishing, and on bathroom layouts and fittings
  • Prepare quotes, take orders and payments, and follow up open quotes
  • Deal with trade customers and build ongoing relationships with local fitters and builders
  • Keep the showroom displays clean, well stocked and up to date
  • Help with deliveries, collections, stock checks and loading customer orders
  • Handle returns and queries professionally

What we’re looking for

  • Retail or sales experience, ideally in tiles, bathrooms, kitchens, flooring or building supplies (not essential: full product training given)
  • A genuinely helpful, confident manner with customers
  • Good with numbers: you’ll be calculating areas and quantities
  • Organised, reliable and comfortable with basic computer systems
  • Happy to do some lifting and practical work around the showroom and yard
  • Driving licence desirable

Pay: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
