Part-Time Showroom Sales Advisor

Cornwall Flooring & Home Co. | Wadebridge

Pay: £13.45 per hour

Hours: Saturdays, 9am to 3pm, with opportunities for additional weekday hours.

We're looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and confident person to join our Wadebridge showroom team.

At Cornwall Flooring & Home Co., we help customers make their homes look and feel fantastic, offering everything from carpets and luxury vinyl flooring to beds and home furnishings.

You don't need to know anything about flooring to get started. We're much more interested in finding someone with the right personality, a positive attitude and a genuine enjoyment of helping customers.

What you'll be doing

  • Welcoming customers and helping them explore our products
  • Listening to what customers need and helping them find the right solutions
  • Learning about our flooring, beds and home furnishings
  • Taking enquiries, arranging appointments and following up with customers
  • Helping to turn enquiries into sales
  • Keeping the showroom clean, tidy and looking its best
  • Working alongside our experienced team to deliver excellent customer service

What we're looking for

  • A friendly, approachable personality
  • Confidence speaking with customers
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Good organisation and attention to detail
  • Someone reliable who enjoys being part of a small team
  • Previous retail, sales or customer service experience would be an advantage, but isn't essential
