We’re looking for an ambitious Store Manager to join our Bishop Auckland team.

£29,000 BASIC + UNCAPPED COMMISSION

There’s no ceiling on what you can earn. Our top earners average around £46,000 per year, with additional incentives and regular competitions offering £1,000s in prizes.

The more you sell, the more you earn.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

As Store Manager, you’ll be at the heart of your store, leading a small team and driving sales.

You’ll:

- Lead, coach and motivate your team to achieve and exceed targets

- Lead from the front, delivering a brilliant customer experience and driving sales

- Build relationships with both retail and trade customers

- Follow up sales opportunities and generate new business locally

- Contact customers and local trade businesses by phone and email

- Help keep the showroom looking fantastic

- Support our Click & Collect service and create additional sales opportunities

- Roll up your sleeves and get involved — including some manual handling

This is a hands-on management role where you’ll never be far from the action.

THE HOURS

You’ll work an average of 37 hours per week across a 3-week rolling rota, including weekends.

And because we know life matters outside work:

You'll have at least 2 days off every week — with 3 days off during the third week of your rota.

Our stores are small teams, so you’ll need to be comfortable with lone working and taking ownership of your store.
