Room Service (In-Room Dining) Waiter/Waitress (20 hours per week contract) at Park Plaza Waterloo London Hotel

As the friendly face of the 494 guest bedrooms, 6 Meeting and Events spaces, and Florentine Restaurant and Bar at the stylish Park Plaza Waterloo London Hotel, ideally located just south of Westminster Bridge with spectacular views across London.

The key role for you as our Room Service (In-Room Dining) Waiter/Waitress, you lead by example showing the rest of the team how to give our guests a memorable experience.

As our Room Service Waiter/Waitress, you will receive:

• Salary: £13.54 per hour plus service charge - Up to £15.50/hr inclusive of SC

We are looking for our Room Service Waiter/Waitress, who:

• Delivers food and beverages to guest bedrooms promptly and courteously
• Ensures all orders are accurate and up to our high standards
• Responds to guest requests and ensure satisfaction
• Shares our values: Trust, Respect, Teamwork, Enthusiasm, Commitment & Care
• Is fully flexible to work on a rota basis (Mainly, 3:30 pm to 10:30 pm shift)
• Has previous experience as a Room Service Waiter/Waitress
