Junior Buyer

Monolith (UK) LTD is a leading Eastern European Food and Drink wholesaler.
As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Buyer to join our team and play a vital role in enhancing our purchasing processes. Our office is based in Dagenham (East London). You'll receive full training and the opportunity to build a long-term career in purchasing and supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Raise and manage purchase orders
  • Monitor stock and support replenishment
  • Communicate with suppliers and internal teams
  • Track deliveries, shortages and import documentation
  • Maintain product data and prepare basic reports

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and trends.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Conversational Russian is essential.
