Supervisor – Bounce Central, Lincoln

Fantastic opportunity to join the team at our family leisure experience 'BOUNCE CENTRAL' at The Carlton Centre, Outer Circle Road, Lincoln, LN24UX!

Bounce Central is a thriving, family-run business providing an elevated family leisure experience through immersive soft play, trampolines, and our themed Jurassic Jungle Café. With three sites across the UK, we combine fun, food, and customer service to deliver unforgettable days out for families.

We’re looking for 2 confident and reliable Supervisors to support the day-to-day running of the park café & kitchen. Each of these positions carry a 35 hour contract with the opportunity for additional hours during busy/peak periods.

This role involves working closely with senior management and the wider team. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, fun environment – ideal for someone who thrives under pressure and enjoys working with people.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Supporting the Duty Manager and General Manager in the day-to-day operation of the park and café
  • Opening and closing the park, including keyholder responsibilities
  • Leading and supervising team members across the kitchen, café, reception, and park areas
  • Taking an active role in the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, plating, and maintaining presentation standards
  • Running smooth and efficient kitchen service during busy periods, ensuring food is prepared and served to a high standard and within target times
  • Monitoring food hygiene, kitchen cleanliness, and health & safety procedures at all times
  • Managing stock rotation, ingredient preparation, and assisting with kitchen stock ordering and checks
  • Supporting café operations including customer orders, drinks preparation, and food service
  • Delivering excellent customer service and handling customer queries or complaints professionally
  • Assisting with staff training and mentoring junior team members, particularly within kitchen and café operations
  • Supporting cash handling and till operations when required
  • Helping to maintain a clean, safe, organised, and fun environment throughout the venue
  • Assisting with social media activity and marketing promotions

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory, team leader, or kitchen leadership role within hospitality, leisure, or food service
  • Experience preparing food and working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Confidence in running a kitchen service and maintaining high food hygiene standards
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to stay calm and organised during busy service periods
  • Confident using phone, email, and social media platforms
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong timekeeping, reliability, and a positive, hands-on attitude
  • Ability to work flexibly in a busy, high-energy environment
  • A team player mentality with a willingness to learn and grow within the business
