Food & Beverage Assistants – Full & Part Time

We’re looking for enthusiastic, friendly and customer-focused Food & Beverage Assistants to join the team at Waterton Park Hotel.

About the role

As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you’ll play an important part in creating a fantastic experience for our guests. Working across our restaurant, bar and events operations, you’ll provide warm, attentive service while helping to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming and looking after guests throughout their visit
  • Taking food and drink orders and providing attentive table service
  • Preparing and serving drinks
  • Setting up and clearing tables
  • Supporting weddings, conferences, functions and special events
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
  • Working as part of a friendly and professional team
  • Ensuring guests receive excellent service at every opportunity

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for people who are:

  • Comfortable working as part of a team
  • Able to remain calm and professional during busy periods
  • Flexible to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends

Previous hospitality experience is welcome but not essential — full training will be provided for the right candidates.
