Food Delivery Driver jobs in London NW3

We are a family run wholesale dairy looking to recruit a 7.5t delivery driver to join our expanding team. We pride ourselves on our workplace culture, which is why many of our staff members have been working with us for over 10 years. We operate under an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT). This means our team holds a direct stake in our success and shares in our profits. When the company does well, you do well.

The Role

Delivering to mostly central London and the surrounding area.

Multi-drop deliveries.

Working Monday - Friday with just over 1 Saturday a month (paid as overtime)

Full time, permanent. 40-45 hours a week.

Night/early morning work. (start time between 1am - 3am)

The Salary

£37,000 per annum inclusive of performance bonuses.

Additional annual EOT bonus (up to £3,600 of which is tax free). This bonus is currently between £800 to £2,000 each year. The expectation is this will hopefully increase year on year.

Overtime paid separately.

Skills and Requirements

· Valid class 2 or C1 (7.5t) licence.

· No major convictions and no more than 6 Points on license.

· Digi Card and CPC Card.

· Good level of English. Applicants should have good communication skills both written and verbal.

· A good standard of literacy and numeracy skills.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

· Have preferably at least 1 year of HGV driving experience.

· Be proactive, pay close attention to detail and have a strong work ethic.

· Demonstrate a high level or accuracy and care in their work and communicate well with the team.

· Be in good general health and be able to meet the physical demands of the role.

· Be comfortable with early morning starts and working alone.

· Have excellent customer service skills.

· Have a good knowledge of London is useful but not essential as full training will be provided

Pay: £37,000.00 per year
