Role Overview

As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe, timely, and professional delivery of our products to customers. You will represent Gourmet House Caviar with exceptional customer service while handling our delicate and premium items with care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely load, transport, and deliver orders to customers within the designated routes and timeframes.
  • Handle products with utmost care to maintain their quality during transit.
  • Interact professionally with clients, providing outstanding customer service.
  • Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain required signatures.
  • Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
  • Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.

Requirements

  • Valid UK motorbike driving license with a clean driving record.
  • Previous experience as a delivery driver preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of local routes and navigation tools.
  • Ability to lift and carry packages up to 20kg.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor with strong communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work varying hours, including early mornings and weekends.
