Hours are 3AM - 11AM | Please only apply if you have previous baking experience and can do these hours

We’re looking for a skilled and creative Part-Time Baker to join the friendly, close-knit kitchen team at Maurie’s.

If you love early mornings, fresh focaccia, great food, and working in a fast-paced start-up environment where your ideas are genuinely valued, we’d love to hear from you.

You’ll be responsible for preparing our daily fresh focaccia for sandwiches, alongside our viral cinnamon rolls, cookies, and other baked goods from our growing bakery selection.

About the Role

Prepare and bake focaccia daily to a consistently high standard

Contribute creatively to menu and process improvements
