The Role

We’re looking for a Food & Beverage Team Leader/Supervisor to help deliver amazing experiences for our guests. You’ll lead by example on the bar and in the kitchen, serving great food and drink while coaching and inspiring the Crew. Most importantly, you’ll ensure every guest has a safe, fun and unforgettable visit.

About You

  • Experience in F&B within hospitality or leisure
  • Previous supervisory/leadership experience
  • Hands-on, proactive and customer‑focused
  • Calm under pressure with a positive, down‑to‑earth approach
  • A natural motivator who makes both customers and Crew feel at ease

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day‑to‑day running of the F&B operation
  • Train and support Crew members across all F&B areas
  • Maintain brand, hygiene and safety standards at all times
  • Complete admin tasks including stock control, HACCP and rota support
  • Work with the General Manager to maximise profitability and performance

Please Note

Our busiest times are evenings and weekends, so flexibility is essential. You can expect one in three weekends off.
Successful applicants will be required to complete a DBS check in line with our safeguarding policies.
