Your Mission

Are you passionate about cleanliness and safety? Do you take pride in maintaining the highest standards? We’re looking for a dedicated Hygiene Operative to play a vital role in ensuring our food production environment is spotless, safe, and fully compliant.

In this essential role, you’ll be responsible for keeping our equipment, machinery, and workspaces impeccably clean, meeting the rigorous hygiene standards of the food industry. You’ll work with a sharp eye for detail and a strong commitment to Food Safety and Health & Safety at all times.

What you will do

Using your passion for quality and collaboration, you will:

· Championing Cleanliness: Follow structured cleaning schedules and SOPs to ensure all equipment, machinery, and zones are spotless and food-safe.

· Protecting Food Safety: Handle allergens and raw materials with care, ensuring zero cross-contamination and full compliance with hygiene standards.

· Quality & Compliance: Carry out traceability checks, surface swabs, and support audits to keep us inspection-ready at all times.

· Team Collaboration: Work closely with Production, Quality, Engineering, and R&D teams to maintain high standards and support continuous improvement.

· Safety First: Use chemicals safely, follow health and safety protocols, and help train new team members to uphold our hygiene excellence.
