Job Description:
Looking for a stable, full-time role with great pay and career progression? Join one of the UK’s leading food production and meat processing facilities as a Factory Operative. This is a fantastic chance to gain hands-on experience in the manufacturing, production, and packaging industry – no experience required as full training is provided.

We are hiring reliable, motivated, and hard-working individuals to join our growing team. Whether you’re looking for your first step into factory, warehouse, or production work or already have experience, this role could be for you.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Operate machinery and support the food manufacturing and packaging process
  • Work with raw and processed meat products safely and efficiently
  • Carry out quality checks to meet food hygiene, safety, and production standards
  • Accurately label, pack, and prepare products for dispatch
  • Clean and sanitize equipment/workstations to maintain strict hygiene levels
  • Follow health & safety procedures and use PPE
  • Work as part of a supportive and friendly production team

What We’re Looking For:

  • Comfortable working in a chilled food factory/warehouse environment
  • Able to follow instructions and maintain safety/quality standards
  • Factory, warehouse, food production or logistics experience is a bonus but not essential
  • Full training provided – no previous experience required
  • Own transport is an advantage due to shift times

Shifts Available:

  • Morning: 06:00–15:00 / 06:30–15:30
  • Afternoon: 15:00–00:00 / 15:30–00:30
