Full Time Chef – Gin & Olive, Southsea

Gin & Olive is a busy, independent bar and restaurant on Albert Road in Southsea, known for our small plates, steaks, burgers, Sunday roasts, and one of the largest gin selections in the area. We are looking for a reliable and motivated full time chef to join our kitchen team. Hi

The Role

You will be working as part of our kitchen team preparing and cooking dishes from our menu including small plates, burgers, steaks, and Sunday roasts. The role involves maintaining high food standards, keeping the kitchen organised, and working efficiently during busy services.
