Overview

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Restaurant Supervisor to lead our dynamic food service team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional service quality, food safety, and a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Your leadership will inspire team members to deliver memorable dining experiences while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, efficiency, and hospitality. Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily restaurant activities, including food preparation, serving, bartending, and overall guest service.
  • Lead and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer experiences through effective coaching and team management.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
  • Oversee food production processes, including cooking, plating, and presentation to maintain quality standards.
  • Manage bar operations by supervising bartenders, ensuring proper barista techniques when applicable, and maintaining inventory levels.
  • Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and foster a positive dining environment.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and smooth service flow during busy periods.

Qualifications

  • Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting with strong team management skills.
  • Extensive restaurant experience with knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety protocols.
  • Familiarity with bar operations including bartending and barista skills is highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
  • Knowledge of hospitality standards, food production processes, and kitchen operations.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Previous experience in hotel or culinary environments is a plus.
