Full job description

We are looking for a front of house supervisor to join our small team here at RoBo. You will become part of an exciting restaurant that has the potential to expand throughout Cornwall.

Knowledge and experience with our cuisine would be preferred but not essential as full training will be given.

You must be confident enough to be left on your own for some shifts, as well as being able to manage the shift when other team members are in. Your role will be a mix of manning the bar and making cocktails or serving customers and dealing with complaints while manning our busy takeaway section.

You will be expected to have customer-facing and bar experience and be able to run shifts in a professional and organised manner. We are looking for someone who is friendly, organized, and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Cocktail training will be given but previous experience is preferred.

This supervisor position will be around 20 hours per week and is a seasonal role.
