About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable, organised and experienced Cellar with Bartender experience to manage all beverage stock in our hotel. You will be responsible for the receiving, storage, rotation, and distribution of stock, ensuring high standards, accuracy, and compliance with health, safety, and licensing requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, check, and correctly store all beverage deliveries.
  • Bartending 2-3 shifts per week
  • Maintain appropriate stock levels and rotate stock to minimise waste.
  • Distribute stock to all relevant areas as required.
  • Monitor cellar equipment, keg quality, and report any issues.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant cellar environment.

Important Information:
This role involves heavy manual handling, including lifting and moving crates, kegs, and pallets. Expect to handle numerous kegs and boxes, so physical fitness and safe lifting practices are essential.

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in Cellar operations.
  • Knowledge of stock control and FIFO principles.
  • Strong organisation and communication skills.
  • Awareness of health, safety, and licensing regulations
  • Manual Handling (lifting barrels and kegs safely)
