The Opportunity

There is now an exciting opportunity to join the Trafford Production team as an operator in the Noodles Department. Your primary objective is to meet the requirements of the production plan whilst maintaining health and safety, quality, and food safety standards. This role is fast paced and requires a diligent person prepared to take responsibility for the product that they are packing. It is a key element that this role is fully flexible, both in roles and departments in which they work, and the hours that are worked and shift pattern.

So who are we looking for?

We are looking for a candidate that is organised and structured in managing priorities. You have excellent attention to detail and are rigorous with Health & Safety and Food Safety. You should be flexible and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to make the right decisions and effectively escalate issues as they arise. Shift experience and good communication skills would be beneficial and experience in manufacturing and machinery would be ideal. You must be able to ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies and procedures ensuring that the working environment is always safe, as well as all processes and equipment in accordance with operating procedures. You will need to use all available resources and maintain a hygienic/orderly working environment
