Budgens of Holt

Budgens of Holt is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Supervisor to lead our Dry Goods department.

In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for maximising sales and delivering outstanding customer service, while maintaining the highest standards of product quality, stock control, and waste management. You will also create attractive, inspiring displays that showcase our exceptional range of fresh produce.

Working closely with suppliers and your team, you will help ensure the department is well-stocked, beautifully presented, and operates efficiently every day.
