Little Kickers is the world’s largest provider of football classes for pre-school children, and we are looking for enthusiastic, reliable Football Coaches to join our award-winning UK franchise.

We deliver fun, high-energy football sessions to children aged 18 months to 7 years, helping them build confidence, coordination, and a lifelong love of sport.

This role is ideal for anyone looking for weekend work that is meaningful, enjoyable, and well paid.

The Role

  • Deliver fun, structured football sessions for children aged 18 months–7 years
  • Engage positively with children, parents, and fellow coaches
  • Ensure sessions are safe, inclusive, and well organised
  • Complete simple admin such as registers and risk assessments

Sessions mainly take place on weekend mornings, with opportunities to increase hours over time.

  • Reliable, punctual, and professional
  • Strong communication skills
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Coaching qualifications are NOT essential – full training provided for people that are enthusiastic and energetic with a great personality

Ideal for Applicants With Experience In:

  • Sports or football coaching
  • Early Years, childcare, or nursery settings
  • PE teaching or sports education
  • Teaching assistants, HLTAs, or teachers with a passion for sport
  • Students or graduates in sports, education, or childcare
