Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Football Coach to join our Football Maestro Academy programme. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing players' skills, technical / tactical & mental areas. teamwork, within our positive environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in football coaching within our growing programme teaching to make a meaningful impact on aspiring footballers. The position is paid and suitable for both experienced coaches and those eager to develop their coaching skills within a supportive organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging training sessions tailored to different age groups and skill levels
  • Develop customised training programmes to improve technical abilities, tactical understanding, and physical fitness
  • Foster a positive team environment that encourages sportsmanship, discipline, and respect among players
  • Monitor player progress and provide constructive feedback to support individual development
  • Ensure all activities are conducted safely, adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Act as a role model, demonstrating professionalism, enthusiasm, and commitment at all times

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Football coaching and/or playing.
  • Strong teaching skills with the ability to communicate effectively with players of varying ages and abilities
  • Knowledge of current coaching techniques, rules of football, and safety standards
  • Ability to motivate and inspire young athletes while maintaining discipline
  • Relevant coaching certifications or qualifications are desirable but not essential; willingness to undertake training is expected
  • Organised with excellent planning skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
