Are you passionate about football, sport and inspiring children?

The FBA Football Academy is looking for fun, energetic Football & Multi-Sports Coaches to join our growing team and deliver exciting sessions for children aged 3–14 years.

Due to increasing demand for our programmes, we are expanding our coaching team. If you love sport and enjoy helping children develop confidence, skills and a lifelong love of activity, we would love to hear from you.

Pay & Hours

  • £15–£20 per hour (depending on experience)
  • Part-time: 8+ hours a week

What You'll Be Doing

As a Bugs Group coach, you will deliver sessions across a range of environments including:

  • Primary schools and nurseries
  • Weekend community classes
  • Evening Development Centre sessions
  • Elite Academy training programmes

Your role will be to create a fun, positive environment where children can develop skills, confidence and a love for sport.

Requirements

  • FA Level 1 Football qualification or Level 1 Multi-Sports minimum
  • Enthusiastic, energetic and passionate about working with children
  • Ability to deliver coaching through fun games and activities
  • Willing to get involved, be creative and work at a child’s level
  • Good availability throughout the week and weekends
  • Driving licence and access to a car

About The FBA Football Academy

The FBA Football Academy is a unique children’s sports company delivering Football and Multi-Sports programmes for children aged 3–14 years.

Our sessions are designed to be fun, engaging and development focused. For our youngest players we use storytelling and imagination, while older children benefit from technical and tactical coaching.

Our pathway includes weekend community classes, Development Centres and an Elite Academy, which feeds into Professional Football Clubs.
