About Us

CGS Football Academy is a fast-growing community football club dedicated to developing young players through high-quality coaching, player development, and a positive learning environment. We currently run multiple grassroots teams and deliver structured training programmes focused on technical excellence, confidence, and enjoyment.

The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Football Coach to join our coaching team. This role involves delivering high-intensity training sessions and managing teams on matchdays while helping players reach their full potential.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging, high-intensity training sessions.
  • Coach players during league matches and tournaments.
  • Support the technical, tactical, physical, and social development of players.
  • Create a positive and professional learning environment.
  • Communicate effectively with players, parents, and fellow coaches.
  • Uphold the values and standards of CGS Football Academy.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £17.00-£25.00 per hour

Experience:

  • Coaching : 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (required)

Location:

  • Harlow CM17 9LX (preferred)
