Full job description

Join Tekkers FC – Coaching the Next Generation

Are you passionate about developing young footballers? Do you thrive in a team that values learning, growth, and impact over just results?

At Tekkers F.C., we’re building something special — a football club where development comes first, and every session is a chance to shape confident, capable players aged 6 to 13 years old. We’re looking for coaches who want to inspire, educate, and grow alongside their players.

Who We're Looking For

We’re not hiring part-time space-fillers — we want coaches over 18 who are genuinely passionate about the craft of coaching. Whether you're experienced or just starting out, what matters most is your commitment to development, your energy on the pitch, and your desire to make a difference.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver high-quality, age-appropriate training sessions
  • Teach technical skills, tactical understanding, and football intelligence
  • Create a positive, inclusive environment that brings out the best in every player
  • Track player development and provide constructive feedback and encouragement
  • Work collaboratively with other coaches and team leads to support individual and group progress
  • Contribute to matchday coaching, camps, and additional football events
  • Stay updated on coaching trends through training, meetings, and workshops

What You Bring

  • Experience working with children or in youth sports coaching (football preferred)
  • Strong understanding of youth development and player progression
  • Confident communicator with natural leadership ability
  • Organised, punctual, and proactive in your approach
  • Passionate about creating positive experiences through football
  • (Preferred) FA coaching qualifications and First Aid/CPR certified

Why Tekkers?

  • A vibrant, development-first football culture
  • A chance to be part of something meaningful — we don’t just coach teams, we build futures
  • Continuous support and development opportunities
  • Real pathways for coaches who want to grow

If you want to do more than just run drills — if you want to inspire the next generation of players — then we want to hear from you.

Apply now and be part of the Tekkers FC journey.
