Have you just finished a SPORTS THERAPY OR SPORTS REHAB DEGREE? Read on to line yourself up for a full time role on one of our upcoming start dates in 2026.

We have a permanent, full-time opportunity for newly graduated Therapists who want to begin their career in a supportive team and structured environment. Receive full training to teach our functional reformer Pilates workout classes and build a 1-1 client base in massage/therapy alongside. Reformer Pilates is the perfect partner to Sports Therapy, Sports Massage and Rehab! Our classes help to improve posture, mobility and flexibility whilst strengthening the body and rehabilitating injuries.

Join one of the leading reformer pilates studios in the UK with 14 studios across North London, Hertfordshire, and surrounding areas.

About you

  • No pilates experience required!
  • A driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential
  • Confident, motivated, and client-focused approach
  • Available full-time (4 weekdays + 1 weekend day)
  • Passion for fitness and helping others feel their best

Qualifications needed

  • Level 3 Sports Massage and/or
  • Sports Therapy or Sports Rehabilitation degree

  • This is a permanent, full-time role. Are you available to work on this basis, to include 4 x week days (a mixture of mornings and evenings) and 1 x weekend morning a week?
  • This role requires you to be living within 30-45mins of 2-5 of our studios to allow for travel for 2 permanent locations for classes and clients and for cover shifts. Do you live within 30-45mins of 2-5 of our studios?
  • You must hold or be close to completing one of the following qualifications: Sports Massage Level 3, PT Level 3 OR degree in Sports Therapy / Sports Rehab ?
