Shape the future of women's football by discovering top-tier talent

Spearhead our player identification strategy for the Women’s First Team (WFT) and Girls Academy (U16+). In this pivotal role, you will cultivate global networks, gather critical market intelligence, and compile comprehensive player dossiers. By driving seamless communication across internal and external recruitment teams, you will ensure our global player coverage remains dynamic, thorough, and always up to date.

This role requires a flexible schedule to attend live fixtures and key management meetings.

Skills that will empower your success

We are looking for an individual who has a high level of football knowledge within the women's game and can demonstrate ability to build and maintain trusted industry networks globally. You will have a strong pragmatic mindset, calmness under pressure, and strict confidentiality. Experience using Sportscode software and video-editing tools is beneficial.
