Company Overview

Hinckley LRFC is a vibrant non-league football club renowned for its excellent stadium and hospitality facilities. Our mission is to promote community engagement through sport and provide memorable experiences for fans and visitors alike.
Summary

We are seeking a Lead Coach to join our dedicated football management team at Hinckley LRFC in South Leicestershire. This pivotal role involves leading our U18 Midland Floodlit Youth League midweek team coaching sessions and developing players to excel on and off the field, embodying our club’s values of excellence and community spirit.
Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver high-quality sports coaching sessions tailored to specific phases of play or players.
  • Develop training programs that enhance player performance and teamwork.
  • Mentor assistant coaches and support staff to foster a collaborative environment.
  • Monitor player progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Promote a positive, inclusive, and motivating atmosphere during all activities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and club policies.
  • Represent Leicester Road Football Club at community events and outreach programs.
  • Qualifications
  • Proven experience in football coaching, preferably within U16-U19 age range.
  • Strong teaching skills with the ability to inspire and motivate players.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Relevant coaching certifications or licenses, minimum level 1.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to football coaching.
  • Passion for community development through sport.
