Full job description
Huasong Kindergarten, part of the esteemed ChinaSong Education Group, is a leading early childhood education institution in Suzhou dedicated to fostering a bilingual, innovative, and nurturing environment for young learners. We are seeking 2 passionate, dedicated, and experienced English-Speaking Foreign Teachers to join our team in August 2026. The ideal candidates will be enthusiastic about early childhood education, culturally adaptable, and committed to inspiring young minds through immersive, play-based, and inquiry-driven learning experiences. One will be homeroom teacher. Both roles require you to relocate to China.Please note that this position require you to relocate to China.
Key Responsibilities:
- Curriculum Delivery:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging, age-appropriate English lessons aligned with Huasong Kindergarten’s bilingual curriculum.
- Incorporate storytelling, songs, games, hands-on activities, and multimedia resources to create an interactive and immersive English-language environment.
- Classroom Management:
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation, cooperation, and social-emotional growth.
- Implement effective behavior management strategies tailored to the needs of young learners (ages 3–6).
- Student Assessment and Progress Tracking:
- Regularly assess students’ language development, social skills, and overall progress through observations, portfolios, and formative evaluations.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and parents, and collaborate with local teaching assistants to address individual learning needs.
- Cross-Cultural Collaboration:
- Work closely with Chinese co-teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive bilingual learning environment.
- Participate in curriculum planning, thematic projects, and school-wide events, contributing ideas to enhance the English program.
- Parent Communication:
- Maintain open and proactive communication with parents through regular meetings, written updates, and parent-teacher conferences.
- Share insights on student progress, classroom activities, and ways to support English learning at home.
- Professional Development:
- Actively engage in school-organized training, workshops, and team meetings to refine teaching practices and stay updated on early childhood education trends.
- Contribute to the school’s growth by sharing innovative teaching methods and resources.
- Administrative Duties:
- Assist in preparing teaching materials, classroom displays, and learning centers.
- Ensure classroom resources are well-organized, safe, and conducive to learning.
Requirements:
- English speakers
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, English, TESOL, or a related field.
- TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification preferred; teaching license is a plus OR Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience with young learners (ages 3–6) in a kindergarten or early years setting.
- Culturally sensitive, patient, creative, and passionate about working with children.
- Ability to commit to a full-time contract starting in anytime between June to August, 2026.
