Used Car Sales Executive

Location: Stoke-on-Trent (ST2)

Independent Used Car Dealership (Confidential)

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: Basic from £26,000 + Uncapped Commission (OTE £45,000+ realistic, £60,000+ achievable)

A well-established and fast-growing independent used car dealership in Stoke-on-Trent is looking for a driven, target-oriented Used Car Sales Executive to join our high-performing team.

This is an opportunity for experienced automotive professionals who consistently deliver results and are motivated by uncapped earning potential.

IMPORTANT: Minimum 2 years’ recent UK used car sales or relevant experience required. Applications without this will not be considered.

Minimum Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

· Minimum 2 years’ recent UK used car sales experience (main dealer or independent)

· Proven track record of hitting/exceeding monthly targets

· Strong finance penetration performance

· Knowledge of HP, PCP, and subprime finance lenders

· Part-exchange appraisal & negotiation experience

· Add-on products (warranties, GAP, paint protection, service plans, tyre/wheel protection)

· Full UK manual driving licence

· Willingness to work weekends on a rota

· Highly target-driven and self-motivated mindset

Desirable

· Bilingual skills (highly advantageous)

Key Responsibilities

· Convert qualified leads into sales while maximising finance and add-ons

· Achieve and exceed unit and revenue targets

· Appraise part-exchange vehicles accurately

· Maintain FCA-compliant sales processes

· Deliver excellent customer service from enquiry to aftersales

· Manage your own pipeline and follow up all leads

· Upsell finance and add-on products
