Key Responsibilities

  • Prioritise and coordinate technical service requests to ensure timely, high-quality delivery
  • Support short-term NPD projects and customer requirements, maintaining strong quality and approval standards
  • Ensure laboratory testing is completed safely, accurately and in line with agreed standards
  • Coordinate trials on Tullis Russell production and customer sites as required
  • Work closely with the Senior Technical Services Manager, technical teams and wider stakeholders to align priorities and resources
  • Maintain a safe working environment, ensuring all health, safety, training and compliance requirements are met

About You

  • Solid experience in laboratory testing, R&D, QC or technical services
  • Confident prioritising multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data effectively
  • Clear communicator, able to work collaboratively with customers and internal teams

Desirable:

  • Degree or relevant qualification in Chemistry or Material Science
  • 3+ years’ experience in a similar lab-based or technical role
  • Knowledge of statistics, data analysis or design of experiments
  • Project management experience or qualification
