Job Vacancy: Spa Therapist at Foxhills Collection

Are you a skilled and compassionate Spa Therapist with a passion for wellness and rejuvenation? Foxhills Collection is currently seeking a talented individual to join our spa team and provide exceptional treatments to our guests in a luxurious and tranquil environment.

Position: Casual Spa Therapist
Location: Foxhills Club Resort - Ottershaw, Surrey
Type: Part time

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of spa treatments and therapies, including massages, facials, and other beauty services, to meet the needs and preferences of guests
• Conduct thorough consultations with guests to assess their health history, concerns, and treatment goals, providing personalised recommendations and ensuring guest satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms, equipment, and spa facilities, adhering to health and safety standards and regulations
• Promote spa products, services, and packages to guests, providing information and recommendations as needed
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and customer service, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests
• Collaborate with other spa team members and departments to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of guest services

Requirements:

• Certified Spa Therapist with recognized qualifications
• Previous experience in a spa therapist role, preferably in a luxury spa or resort environment
• Strong knowledge of various massage techniques, skincare treatments, and spa therapies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and empathetic demeanor
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by spa schedules and business needs
