What you would do

Typical responsibilities could include:

• Gathering and documenting financial and data requirements from business stakeholders
• Analysing financial data, processes and reporting structures to identify areas for improvement
• Assessing data quality across finance systems and workflows
• Engaging with finance teams and operational stakeholders to understand pain points and priorities
• Supporting the design and implementation of process improvements and reporting enhancements
• Producing clear analysis and recommendations to support finance and business leaders
• Collaborating with IT, finance operations and other functions to align requirements and delivery

What you could bring

Most roles of this type require the following:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
• Experience in financial analysis, process improvement or finance reporting
• Demonstrated ability to gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into actionable insights
• Strong data quality analysis and problem-solving skills
• Stakeholder engagement experience, particularly within financial or operational teams
• Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools
• Clear communication skills, able to explain financial concepts to non-finance audiences
