Are you ready to play a key role in our finance team, supporting our drive for excellence? We're looking for a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to join our team.

Working closely with operational leaders and budget holders, you will turn financial and operational data into clear insight, constructive challenge and practical recommendations that improve performance and support confident decision-making. Alongside business partnering, you will contribute to budgeting, forecasting, management accounts and month-end activities.

What We're Looking For:

• Part-Qualified ACCA or CIMA: You're on your way to full qualification.
• Relevant Experience: You've held a similar role and have a solid understanding of financial analysis and reporting.
• Proactive Attitude: Enthusiastic with a flexible approach, ready to take initiative.
• Excellent Communicator: Clear communication and presentation skills are essential.
• Excel Expert: Advanced skills in Excel are a must for managing reports and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the key finance contact for designated business areas, building trusted relationships with operational leaders and budget holders.
• Responsible for weekly and monthly management accounts, including accruals, prepayments, provisions, reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Translate financial and operational data into clear insight, identifying performance drivers, risks and opportunities. Produce variance analysis, KPI reporting and financial insights.
• Support annual budgets and periodic forecasts, developing robust, driver-based plans aligned with business objectives.
• Develop and present meaningful KPIs, dashboards and management information, with clear commentary and forward-looking recommendations.
• Provide financial modelling, evaluation and scenario analysis for commercial initiatives, operational changes and investment proposals.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for revenue growth, cost control, productivity improvement and effective use of resources.

Working Hours

• Full-time, Monday to Friday, office-based four days and remote one day
• Flexibility to meet business needs
