Operations Manager
Bush Hotel Farnham, has 95 bedrooms, bar , restaurant and conference centre and is well positioned in the town of Farnham with easy reach to key local destinations.

The hotel provides a great place to eat & drink, as well as to hold a meeting or gather to celebrate with friends and family.

Set in the centre of the market town of Farnham, the hotel makes an ideal base for visiting the beautiful countryside and sights of both Surrey and Hampshire.

You will be responsible for the smooth running of the hotel operation in all departments.

Coordinate all aspects of the operation to ensure that each outlet functions at an optimal level in key areas including service, revenue generation and cost management.

Manage and motivate the team to provide high quality services for guests.

Lead from the front and by example, are business agile, able to adapt to the ever changing environment.

You must have 3-4 years hotel successful operational management in a comparable hotel.
