What you would do

  • Reporting on progress, outcomes and impact to leadership and governance bodies

What you could bring

Most roles of this type require the following:

  • 5+ years' experience in consulting, transformation, change management or related business advisory roles
  • Demonstrated success delivering complex projects and managing organisational change
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across multiple levels
  • Experience working with senior leadership and board-level audiences
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose problems and develop pragmatic solutions
  • Knowledge of business process improvement, operational efficiency or change methodologies
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related discipline
  • Ability to work independently and manage ambiguity in dynamic environments

Nice-to-have:

  • Professional qualifications such as PRINCE2, ITIL, Lean Six Sigma or equivalent
  • Experience in a specific sector such as financial services, technology, life sciences or engineering
  • Track record of leading transformation programmes at scale
