What you would do

Typical responsibilities could include:

• Partnering with senior leadership to understand business challenges and strategic priorities
• Conducting diagnostic assessments and gap analyses to identify improvement opportunities
• Developing and recommending transformation roadmaps and implementation plans
• Managing project execution, timelines and stakeholder communication
• Coordinating cross-functional teams to drive change adoption and embedding
• Providing guidance on best practice, process optimisation and operational efficiency
• Building capability within the client organisation and mentoring internal teams where appropriate
• Reporting on progress, outcomes and impact to leadership and governance bodies

What you could bring

Most roles of this type require the following:

• 5+ years' experience in consulting, transformation, change management or related business advisory roles
• Demonstrated success delivering complex projects and managing organisational change
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across multiple levels
• Experience working with senior leadership and board-level audiences
• Analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose problems and develop pragmatic solutions
• Knowledge of business process improvement, operational efficiency or change methodologies
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related discipline
• Ability to work independently and manage ambiguity in dynamic environments

• Professional qualifications such as PRINCE2, ITIL, Lean Six Sigma or equivalent
