Duties Include:

• Welcoming visitors with genuine warmth and a friendly smile
• Undertake front of house duties, ensuring a superb customer service experience
• Delivering exceptional hospitality by building rapport and resolving guest issues swiftly
• Using skills and experience to cope with multi-tasking
• Handling enquiries and billing with precision

About Tresco Island
