Full job description

We are looking for an experienced all rounder to work on our expanding Free Range Chicken and Turkey Farm.

This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to support our family business and help us produce high welfare poultry.

- General poultry husbandry (no poultry experience required but other livestock husbandry experience is essential - for example experience on an outdoor pig unit).

- General farm maintenance.

- Machinery Experience desirable as is having a basic mechanical knowledge.

- Ability to follow instructions accurately and keep to strict biosecurity protocols.

- Must be able to work in all weathers!

- Welding experience desirable.

- Opportunity for the right person with a 'can do' attitude to develop this role and grow within this expanding business.

-There will be weekend work in rotation with other staff members.

-Must hold a valid UK driving license with own transport due to rural location.

Pay: £2,400.00-£3,000.00 per month
