I'm looking for a kind, proactive, and reliable Personal Assistant to become part of my small but dynamic world. This is a varied and rewarding role combining personal support, admin assistance, and creative support - including helping with the writing and publishing of my life story.

I'm looking tor a kind, proactive, and reliable Personal Assistant to become part of my small but dynamic world. My lifestyle is very fast-paced, social, and constantly evolving, so I’m looking for someone who is naturally active, upbeat, adaptable, and able to keep up with busy days.

This is a varied and rewarding role combining personal support, admin assistance, and creative support - including helping with the writing and publishing of my life story.

It's perfect for someone who enjoys organisation, beauty, creativity, and being part of a vibrant day-to-day lifestyle. No previous care experience is required - I'm happy to teach and guide the right person. What matters most is a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and genuine enthusiasm for helping and creating.You'll work closely with me to:

  • Support day-to-day personal assistance and accompany me to meetings, events, and brand collaborations
  • Assist with admin and organisation, including emails, scheduling, diary management, and general life admin
  • Help during content days with behind-the-scenes support
  • Assist with personal care tasks such as washing and styling hair, and helping with makeup for shoots or appearances
  • Accompany me when travelling around London, including driving and parking in Central London
  • Support with baking or preparing treats for content days, events, or simply enjoying creative time together

Requirements:

  • Valid UK driving licence (essential)
  • Must be self-employed or happy to register as self-employed
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Confident driving and parking in Central London
  • Organised, trustworthy, and comfortable managing admin tasks
  • Happy to learn social media skills (no prior experience required)
  • Confidence or willingness to assist with hair styling and makeup
  • Professional, warm, and comfortable supporting both personal and creative tasks
