About La Lista

La Lista is a premium, curated guide to weddings in Italy. We help couples from the around the world find the venues and vendors who will make their day, and we champion the planners, photographers, florists and venues who make up the Italian wedding industry.

We are a small, fast-moving and high-achieving team. Our community of couples and vendors is active, engaged and growing, and looking after it well is at the heart of what we do.

The role

Grow fast by working alongside an experienced marketing team. Attitude and behaviour matter most to us: we can teach the tools, but not the curiosity, ownership, drive and care we look for.

You will help plan and deliver campaigns across email, social and our website, and play a hands-on part in the events and moments that keep our community connected. It is a role for someone who absorbs quickly, asks good questions and takes pride in getting the details right.

What you'll do

• Build, test and send email campaigns and newsletters to couples and vendors
• Keep our lists clean and segmented so the right people get the right message
• Support SEO, Google Ads and WordPress activity, using Google Analytics to review performance
• Report on KPIs; analyse trends and propose opportunities to Head of Marketing
• Plan campaigns that run across email, social, website and partner channels, keeping calendars, briefs and timelines on track
• Support our community of couples and vendors: replying, welcoming, connecting and spotting stories worth sharing in our marketing
• Plan, set up and run online events
• Share what you learn and bring ideas to the table

Experience and skills

• 3 years in a corporate marketing role
• Hands-on email marketing: building campaigns, segment targeting and analysing results
• Experience helping plan and deliver cross-channel campaigns
• Strong written English and an eye for tone and detail
• Strong communication, copywriting, analysis and organisational skills, with effective time and project management
• Confident with everyday marketing tools and quick to learn new ones

Nice to have

• Experience in weddings, travel, hospitality, luxury or lifestyle
• Event planning or coordination experience
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, WordPress, InDesign Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Community or social media management
• Some Italian, or a love of Italy and its culture
