Overview

We’re looking for an SEO Specialist to improve organic visibility and help people find useful, relevant content. You’ll work across website optimisation, analytics and content, collaborating with colleagues to strengthen search performance.

Responsibilities

  • Research SEO opportunities and optimise pages, metadata and site structure.
  • Monitor performance using Google Search Console and Google Analytics, turning findings into practical recommendations.
  • Support content updates across WordPress and other content management systems.
  • Work with HTML, CSS and JavaScript to identify or implement on-page improvements.
  • Coordinate SEO activity with social media management and use Google Tag Manager to support tracking.

Your impact: Clearer, better-optimised pages help users find the information they need and support the organisation’s visibility in search.

Qualifications

  • Practical knowledge of SEO, including keyword research, on-page optimisation and metadata.
  • Experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics and content management systems; WordPress experience is useful.
  • Familiarity with HTML and CSS; JavaScript knowledge is an advantage.
  • Understanding of Google Tag Manager and social media management is welcome.
  • Strong analytical, communication and organisational skills, with care for accuracy and user experience.

Pay: £12.71 per hour

Expected hours: 12.0 per week
