About Baliston Health

Baliston Health builds the AI Practitioner Assistant for analysing movement-linked pain and conditions. Our insole, equipped with AI Mov-Scan, slips into any shoe and measures how a patient actually walks, runs or jumps. In three minutes the practitioner gets a Full Clinical Report with 30+ biomechanical parameters, explained in plain language by Balia, our AI assistant. What the stethoscope did for the heart, we do for movement.

The platform is validated against optical motion capture (95% concordance, peer-reviewed). It is used by 1,500+ practitioners in 20+ countries, from private podiatry and physio clinics to hospitals, elderly care and sports. We are launching in the US with a national distribution partner and growing fast in the UK.

Movement tells the story. Baliston translates it. Your job is to tell that story every day.

The role

You will own our voice on social media and email, and build a community of podiatrists, physios and movement professionals around Baliston Health. You will work directly with the Head of Marketing, our clinical team, our UK partners and a growing group of ambassadors and key opinion leaders.

This is a hands-on creator role. You will be on camera, in clinics, at shows and in the edit, not only behind a scheduling tool.

You will:

• Run our LinkedIn, Instagram and Youtube: weekly calendar, posts, short videos, stories, carousels, community replies.
• Turn clinical content into content people actually watch: gait reports, use cases, practitioner testimonials, product demos, myth-busting.
• Film and edit short-form video (phone-first, clean and fast), using AI tools for scripts, cuts and captions.
• Coordinate our KOL and ambassador programme: weekly content with 2+ key opinion leaders, clinic shoots, testimonial capture.
• Write and send the monthly newsletter and email sequences to practitioners.
• Represent Baliston at UK shows and clinic visits, capturing content on the ground.
• Track what works (reach, engagement, leads) and report weekly.

Who we are looking for

• At least 2 years of experience in social media or content marketing, with a portfolio of accounts or creator work you can show.
• Comfortable with short-form video, from idea to edit. Being active on social media yourself and at ease on camera is a plus.
• Strong, clear writing in English.
• Interest in health, sport or movement. A background in physiotherapy, podiatry, sports science or biomechanics is a real plus, not a requirement. If you are a young clinician who loves creating content, we want to hear from you.
• Organised and autonomous. You run a calendar alone and ship every week.
• Based within easy reach of London and able to come in up to twice a week when needed (shoots, clinic visits, shows, team days).
• Curious about AI tools and happy to use them daily.
