Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Exams Invigilator. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and security of our testing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about education and wants to contribute to the success of students.

Duties:

- Set up testing rooms and ensure all necessary materials are available

- Greet and check-in test takers, verifying their identification

- Explain testing procedures and rules to test takers

- Monitor test takers during exams to ensure compliance with guidelines

- Respond to any questions or concerns raised by test takers

- Collect completed exams and ensure they are securely stored

- Maintain a calm and professional testing environment

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
