What We Are Looking For:

An experienced and passionate Assistant Head Sommelier to be a key part of our dedicated sommelier team to deliver excellent wine and beverage service. You will be engaging and be able to recommend wines to complement guest’s palates and meals.

The Successful Assistant Head Sommelier will:

· Have previous experience as an Assistant Head Sommelier in a busy, fine dining environment. Michelin background preferred, but not essential

· Have WSET Level 3 accreditation or equivalent

· Have up to date knowledge and expertise on wines and beverages
