Planet Warriors Kids Club is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced French Tutor to deliver a fun, interactive and engaging weekly French club for children aged 4–11 years.

This is an excellent opportunity for a self-employed language tutor to inspire children to develop an interest in French through games, songs, conversation, stories and age-appropriate activities.

About the Role

  • Plan and deliver a 1-hour weekly French club for children aged 4–11.
  • Create engaging lessons that make language learning enjoyable and accessible.
  • Develop children's confidence in speaking and understanding basic French.
  • Use a variety of interactive teaching methods including games, songs and activities.
  • Manage behaviour positively and ensure all children feel included.
  • Provide any resources required for sessions.

Essential Requirements

  • Proven experience teaching French to children.
  • Fluent French speaker with excellent communication skills.
  • Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
  • Public Liability Insurance.
  • Reliable, professional and enthusiastic approach.
  • Ability to plan and deliver engaging sessions for a mixed-age group.

Desirable

  • Teaching qualification or relevant language qualification.
  • Experience delivering language clubs in schools, childcare settings or community groups.
