Role: French Speaking Nanny

Days/hours: Monday–Friday, ideally 8am–6pm (flexibility available for the right

candidate)

Care for: G4 months, B7 & B10

Location: Little Venice, London

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 gross per annum (dependant on experience)

Start Date: ASAP

A longstanding family of ours are looking for an experienced French-speaking Nanny to

join them in Little Venice.

With both boys now attending school, the main focus during the day will be caring for

the family’s four-month-old baby girl. Mum is currently on maternity leave, so there will

be a natural handover period, but the family are looking for someone who can ultimately

take conEident, independent care of the children when both parents are working.

You will have extensive experience caring for babies and be very comfortable leading the

family through the different stages of infancy, including introducing solids and weaning,

supporting sleep and feeding routines, encouraging early development and milestones,

and navigating teething and the many changes that come throughout the Eirst year. The

family would particularly value someone knowledgeable and proactive who can bring

their own experience and ideas to the role.

During the afternoons, responsibilities will extend to the older boys, including school

pick-ups, arranging activities and playdates, supporting homework, preparing healthy

meals and helping with the evening routine. The family also travel internationally during

the school holidays and would love their Nanny to accompany them.

The family have French heritage and are keen for their children to continue developing

their French, so a Eluent French speaker who is happy to naturally incorporate the

language into everyday life would be ideal.

This is a lovely long-term opportunity for an experienced Nanny who particularly enjoys

the baby and early-years stages, while also being confident supporting older school-

aged children within a busy family environment.

Pay: £60,000.00-£70,000.00 per year

Benefits:

  • Discounted or free food
  • Employee discount
  • Sick pay
